Booking: All services must be booked in advance.
Cancellation Policy: There is no cancellation
Pricing & Payments
Extra Charges: Vehicles requiring excessive cleanup (e.g., heavy pet hair, mold, biohazards, or extreme mud) will be subject to additional fees of 50/- per extra cleanup . You will be notified of these charges before work begins.
Payment Terms: We only accept payments through the website only.
Service Times
Estimated Duration: Service times are approximations. Depending on the condition of the vehicle, the detailing process may take longer than initially expected. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
Liability & Vehicle ConditionsPersonal Belongings & Valuables
Removal of Items: Customers must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and cash from the vehicle prior to the service.
Liability: Autoshines is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle, including in the trunk, glove compartment, or center console.
Pre-Existing Damage
Inspection: A pre-service walk-around inspection will be conducted to note any existing scratches, dents, paint peeling, or interior tears.
Condition Disclosures: Customers must disclose any known pre-existing damage, fragile components, or mechanical issues (e.g., loose mirrors, torn headliners, or sensitive electronics) before the service begins.
Waiver of Liability: We are not responsible for damage that occurs as a result of pre-existing weaknesses in the vehicle’s materials or paintwork.
Child Seats
Removal and Installation: For liability reasons, our technicians will not remove or reinstall child car seats. If you want the area under the car seat cleaned, please remove the seat prior to your appointment.
Service Expectations & Results
Stain and Odor Removal: While we use professional-grade products and techniques, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains or odors. Success depends on the age and type of the stain or odor and the material of the surface.
Post-Service Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle upon completion. Any concerns regarding the quality of the service must be raised before the employee leaves the premises.
On-Site Service Requirements (Utilities)
Access to Water and Electricity: As a mobile detailing service, Auto Shines requires access to the customer’s standard utility connections to properly service the vehicle. The customer agrees to provide access to a working electrical outlet (for vacuuming, polishing, and extraction equipment) and an outdoor water supply/spigot (for washing and rinsing).
Site Safety: The service location must be a safe, legally accessible driveway or private property with enough space for our technicians to fully open the vehicle’s doors and operate equipment without obstructing traffic. We cannot perform services on busy public streets or in locations where trailing hoses and power cords pose a safety hazard.
